The CLASSIC single family homes have a COMPACT, MOVABLE or PIVOTED floor area and flat roof, for ground floor and first floor.
The CLASSIC are best suited in narrow deck areas from 12 metres wide.
MAXI single-family homes are OPEN floor areas formed by components side by side without side walls so that the interior space is transparent, forming façades 18 metres long or more. They can be arranged in ground floor and first floor. MAXI are ideal for wide plots over 18 metres in width.
