SmartLivingwill need the plot of land data and the customer’s indications to carry out the study and deliver a sheet-proposal defining the home distribution and its elevation.
Plot of land data required to draw up the proposal:
Plot of land layout and dimensions
Separation of the buildable area from the plot of land boundaries (according to legislation)
Regulatory height, maximum number of floors (according to legislation)
Maximum buildable surface (according to legislation)
Customer indications for drawing up the plan:
Number of rooms and halls
Number of toilets
Open or closed kitchen
Kitchen and living room, joint or separate
