Manufacture of concrete modules in molds. Smartliving has designed a 3m x 6m x 1.2m module.
They can be completed as you live thanks to the innovative system of concrete modules, which are manufactured at the company’s factory in Vic (Barcelona).
Once the project is defined, the parts are manufactured and the house is assembled in the factory.

Installation of the modules on the site. The modules are located with a crane truck placing them on top of the foundation with millimeter precision thanks to the MF sockets. Outside, the roof is finished with a continuous waterproof sheet and its metallic cover ends, and the joints between modules are sealed with double cord. Inside, the facilities are connected between modules with the Smartliving ‘plug in 1’ unified system. The wooden parquet and baseboards are placed and finally the interior partitioning is painted.

The plot perimeter is fenced and accessible with the exterior pavements to access towards the house. If the site does not have a perimeter fence, an opaque prefabricated fence is installed on the base and a metallic fence on top. The accesses for vehicles and pedestrians to the house are paved.
