When searching for PLOT to build a Smartliving house, you must take into account the parameters of WIDTH, DEPTH, SLOPE and ORIENTATION.
If we usually have 3 meters of separation of the limits with the neighbors, we have the following relation of DIMENSIONS OF PLOTS (always according to city-planning regulations of the corresponding municipality):

PLOT WIDTH
For NARROW houses (SLA models) we will need plots >12 meters wide. For NARROW houses with movement between the pieces (SLB models) we will need plots >13.2 meters to 16.8 meters wide. For LARGE houses with 2 side pieces (SLU and MAXI models) we will need plots >18 meters wide.

PLOT DEPTH
For NARROW houses (SLA and SLB models) we will need plots >18 meters deep. For LARGE houses (SLU and MAXI models) we will need plots >12 meters deep.

SLOPE OF THE PLOT
Keep in mind that a flat, horizontal platform is needed to place a house.
